What does the bundle include?
You'll get the source code of ready-made PHP software with customizable features, and a license to use and install the software. These are complete standalone solutions with a web installer to make it easy to install on a server in less than 2 minutes.
Can I get a refund?
We want our customers to be confident before purchasing any of our digital products.
Before making a purchase, customers are encouraged to contact our team with any questions to ensure the product is the right fit for their use case and requirements. We are happy to provide clarification, guidance, and where applicable, access to a live demo environment so customers can evaluate the product before purchasing.
For eligible digital products purchased through Paddle, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If a customer experiences technical issues, bugs, or difficulties, we will first work closely with the customer to investigate and resolve the issue through support, troubleshooting, updates, or bug fixes before processing a refund request.
Refunds may not apply in situations involving:
- Custom development work or implementation services
- Products that have been significantly modified or customized for the customer
- Abuse, misuse, or violation of license terms
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window

What does the 6-month support include?
The 6-month support includes our availability to answer all your questions regarding the app. We generally reply to all emails within a few hours; however, depending on the volume of support requests, response times may take up to 2 business days. Please note that support does not include customization or installation of the software.
